Thomas Elsaesser

(1943-2019) Fue Profesor emérito de cine y televisión en la Universidad de Ámsterdam y, desde 2006, Profesor visitante en la Universidad de Yale. Entre sus libros recientes figuran: Weimar Cinema and After, Metropolis, Studying Contemporary American Film (con Warren Buckland), European Cinema: Face to Face with Hollywood y Film Theory: An Introduction Through the Senses (con Malte Hagener).
